Product descriptions, images, dimensions, capacities, colours, finishes, materials, process descriptions, availability statements and other website content are provided for general reference. Glass products may have natural and process-related variations, and displayed information may not describe every requirement of a particular project.

Website content may be changed, corrected or withdrawn without prior notice. A product shown on the website may not be available in every market, configuration, finish or quantity.

6. Quotations, orders and commercial terms

Any quotation provided for a specific project is subject to the terms, scope, validity period and conditions stated in that written quotation. A quotation may depend on confirmed specifications, quantities, packaging, finishing, destination, production method and other project details.

No order is binding merely because a product appears on the website or because an enquiry has been submitted. A binding commercial commitment arises only through the relevant written quotation, written order confirmation or contract, as applicable.

Final specifications, pricing, MOQ, production schedules, payment terms and delivery terms will be confirmed in the applicable written commercial document. If project requirements change, Eukaglass may need to revise the quotation, schedule or other terms before proceeding.

7. Samples, tooling and product development

Sample development, tooling and prototype work may be subject to project-specific fees, specifications, lead times and approval steps. These details will be communicated in writing for the relevant project and are not established by general website content.

A sample is used to evaluate agreed characteristics such as appearance, dimensions, structure and finishing. Production requirements should be confirmed against the approved sample, specifications and quality requirements recorded in the applicable project documents.

For custom or OEM projects, Eukaglass may provide manufacturing feasibility feedback, process recommendations and coordination with relevant production, finishing, packaging or accessory suppliers. The customer remains responsible for confirming its design direction, intended use and commercial requirements unless the applicable written agreement states otherwise.

8. Custom and OEM projects

Custom and OEM projects can involve multiple stages, including feasibility review, solution development, tooling, sampling, approval, production planning, quality control and delivery coordination. The process, responsibilities and deliverables may differ according to the product and project.

Product concepts, drawings and technical files supplied by a customer should be accurate and authorised for use. The customer is responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe the intellectual property, confidentiality or other rights of a third party.

Manufacturing feasibility feedback is provided based on the information available at the time. A final production method, specification or schedule is subject to written confirmation after the relevant details have been reviewed.

9. MOQ, pricing, lead times and delivery

Minimum order quantities may vary by product, design, production method, finishing, packaging, tooling and other project requirements. Any MOQ shown or discussed during an initial enquiry is indicative unless confirmed in writing for the relevant order.

Prices may depend on final specifications, quantities, materials, decoration, packaging, accessories, destination and other confirmed requirements. Website prices, where displayed, are not binding quotations unless expressly identified as such in writing.

Production lead times and delivery information are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding in the applicable written commercial document. Timing may be affected by approval dates, tooling, material availability, production conditions, quality control, packaging, transport and information supplied by the customer.
